Hello and welcome to my recap of Star Wars Celebration Day Two. If you haven’t read my recap of day one, don’t forget to go check that out as well!

Day two started off great. As I walked up to the convention center I was greeted by some zombie storm troopers which was exciting. I love (to hate) zombies!

Before heading to my first panel of the day, I found myself on the exhibition floor where the Celebration Live stage and the vendor tables are. I was very overwhelmed and kind of panicked for a bit before I found some great costume props from different Star Wars characters like Rey and The Mandalorian.

The first panel at the Celebration Stage, which is the main stage, started at 11am, and I thought I’d be too late to make it into the main stage. But after spending day one at the Twin Suns stage, which was an overflow room, I was determined to make it into the main stage as much as possible for the rest of the convention. I wasn’t sure where the line even began but, after consulting the map on the app and wandering around the first floor for a few minutes I found the line! Thankfully, security was still letting people from the standby line inside and I managed to make it in and find a seat (at the back) before the panel started!

The first panel was the Light & Magic panel, which was an exclusive look into the new Disney+ documentary that would be coming out in the fall (at the time of writing this post, Light & Magic is now out of Disney+ and it is amazing).

After the Light & Magic panel, anyone still in the stage hall who remained in the room could stay for the next panel so I stayed in my seat, happy to not have to stand in the crazy lines outside for each panel, like I had expected. It was a two hour break between panels but I am so glad I stayed since the second panel was my number one priority of the day, the Star Wars: Attack of the Clones 20th Anniversary Celebration!

The AotC panel was, in a word, WILD. It was funny, unhinged, and exhilarating. The panel featured so many great moments: a surprise greeting from George Lucas, Temuera Morrison and Daniel Logan’s unfiltered banter, insightful comments from Anthony Daniels, and a surprise appearance by both Hayden Christensen and Ewan McGregor! I don’t know how to describe it except to say that the vibe of this panel felt JUST like the vibe of the Attack of the Clones movie, if that makes sense.

After the panel, I decided not to stay for the last panel since I wanted to have time to explore more of what was happening around the convention center before I needed to head back to the hotel to get ready for Star Wars Nite at Disneyland.

I love this photo so much because it highlights out awesome outfits!

While walking around the merch booths, I ran into a friend and we had a fun time crowd watching and taking photos. After that, I headed back to my hotel room to change into some comfy clothes for Star Wars Nite!
